Our social brand aims to spread the shred and fundraise for Skateistan projects. By wearing our merch, you represent and support Skateistan all at once. YOU are raising awareness of our projects and keeping us sustainable.

All our products are:

• Sweatshop and child-labor free

• Produced under safe and healthy working conditions

• Tested for harmful substances, eco-friendly and/or fair wear certified

Why should I register at Skateistan shop?
With an account you can add products to your wish list and don’t need to put your contact details in at every order. Your data is safe with us and we promise we won’t spam you. We only contact you if there is an issue with your order.

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

 

Which payment methods can i use?
You can buy in our shop paying by PayPal or credit card. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please send your order by email (shop@skateistan.org).

 

Where do you ship from?
We ship all our items from our Headquarters in Berlin, Germany.

 

Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. If you cannot place an order from your country, contact us (shop@skateistan.org).

 

How do you ship?
We ship from Berlin, Germany worldwide using Deutsche Post and DHL. Orders from outside the European Union (EU) are sent with tracking number. If you live in an EU country, we don’t provide any tracking options.

Please note that you don’t automatically receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, this service is not provided by Deutsche Post.

 

Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation yet?
We usually ship once a week on Thursdays. Therefore, it can take a couple of days until you receive a shipping confirmation. All orders before 9am UTC+1 on Thursdays are shipped on that same day.

 

Why haven’t I received a tracking number?
Unfortunately, it is currently impossible to link our shipping services to our shop system. Therefore, you don’t automatically receive a tracking number when we send you a shipping confirmation.

Please note that only shippings outside the EU are sent with a tracking number. If you live in an EU country, we don’t provide any tracking options.

However, if you would like to request a tracking number within the EU please send an email to shop@skateistan.org.

 

How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, shippings can take up to 3 weeks, but are usually much faster. Please contact us (shop@skateistan.org) if your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time for your country.

Rest of the World	Up to 21 days

Please note that we only ship once a week on Thursdays. This may result in additional shipping time.

 

Why is shipping not free?
We are a social brand aiming to create independent funding for Skateistan projects. All proceeds from our shop go to Skateistan. To make our brand the most transparent possible, we exclude shipping costs from our prices as they aren’t creating proceeds. Funding for Skateistan projects is created through proceeds on merchandise prices only.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my item?
We do accept returns within 30 days of purchasing the product. If you would like to return an item please send us an email (shop@skateistan.org.) We offer both refunds and exchanges.

 

What happens if my package gets sent back to you?
If your package is returned to us we will send you an email to organise re-shipping your product. If we don't hear from you in 30 days, we will refund you and re-list the item in our store. If we're unable to refund you, we will re-list the item in our store.
